Brazilian born and a world citizen, I am a creative professional with extensive training in Psychology. I am passionate about People, Education, Creativity, and Movement. 

Since 1996 I have been developing and leading dynamic and energetic programs, trainings, and workshops that have been used with various groups of people worldwide to build team work, motivate, train mental abilities, emotional education, and foster creative potential. These groups include sports teams, companies, kids, teens,  seniors, and families. Pulling from these experiences, I have developed bodystorming sessions to stimulate divergent and creative thinking through movement.  

In my clinical practice I help individuals navigate their trauma, and create new meanings for their lives.

As a little girl, one of my possible desired professions was Explorer. I wanted to explore the world, see how people lived and, like an archaeologist, I wanted to uncover hidden treasures. 

I became a Psychologist and as such, I am always fascinated by human beings, and find it rewarding to help individuals navigate their challenges, uncover their hidden light, and see them shine. 

As a world traveler, I enjoy discovering hidden places around the globe: mountains, beaches, big cities, small villages... I absolutely love exploring the world and getting to know people! I call it my Travel Therapy.
